☕️ It’s Tesla’s Cybercab launch day, Nvidia acquisition and gold on the move

Keiths tied up in meetings this morning, but here’s what he asked me to communicate with you.  

Markets are green across the board in the early going — Dow, S&P, and Nasdaq all up, buying the dip after this week's three-day selloff. 

A few things are behind the bounce: Treasury yields have eased off their multi-year highs near 4.82%, and corporate earnings have been doing some heavy lifting. That's happening even as oil ticks back up on the ongoing Iran tension, keeping inflation risk in the conversation.

Let’s focus on what is happening though rather than what might happen – or as Keith often says: “People constantly worry about possibilities when the world’s most successful investors concentrate on probabilities. Know the difference and you’ll do just fine.” 

• Tesla is holding its Cybercab launch event in Austin today —it's the formal launch of Cybercab, the two-seat, no-steering-wheel, no-pedals robotaxi, into Tesla's existing commercial Robotaxi service in Austin. Keith’s POV: 

• Dutch central bank is moving gold out of the US citing crisis preparedness – Keith’s POV: If that were true, they'd have moved it a long time ago ... there’s something else going on. 
• Trump and Xi are meeting in DC – Keith’s POV: Forget what's going to be reported to the public, this meeting is as high stakes as it gets behind closed doors given what's happening with Russia, Ukraine, Lebanon, rates, oil and a dozen other issues.  
• Nvidia agreed to acquire Hugging Face, the open-source hub millions of AI developers already build on. Picks and shovels, but for the software layer this time. Keith’s POV: People still do not understand how significant AI really is. 
• Broadcom's earnings landed yesterday. Revenue up 86% year-over-year to $29.6 billion. AI chip revenue up 221%. Next quarter's guide points to AI semiconductor revenue growing another 236%. Keith’s POV: At the risk of sounding like a broken record, artificial intelligence will go down as the biggest investing theme in recorded human history. Every business on the planet will adapt, adopt, or die. And the same is true for investors. Invest accordingly or you will get left behind, no two ways about it.   
• Microsoft just broke out Azure's revenue for the first time. Previously, we only got a growth percentage — now we have the number: $29.4B for the quarter, and Azure crossed $100B for the fiscal year, up from $75B the year before. Keith’s POV: Azure is one of the clearest proxies for real AI infrastructure demand. A verified $100B+ segment growing 40%+ is hard evidence that AI capex is converting into actual revenue, not just spending promises, which matters for anyone tracking the broader AI infrastructure trade. 

Keith's Investing Tip: Invest in where the world is going, or your money gets trapped in where it's been. The world is moving around new themes now, in ways that don't respect Wall Street's old categories. It makes sense to adjust your thinking — and, I submit, your investing — to match.
