☕️ Markets might be closed but opportunity never is

Just a quick note this morning — markets are closed today in observance of Juneteenth.
We’re shutting the office and spending time with our kids who have some leave from duty. As you can imagine, we’re keen to make the most of every minute.
Before I disappear for the day, one thought: Chaos always creates opportunity — and right now I see more profit potential up for grabs than I have in years. Think about what just happened this week:
- The US-Iran interim deal landed — Strait of Hormuz reopening.
- The Fed held rates — but JPow is gone. New chair Kevin Warsh made his hawkish intentions clear on Wednesday. Markets shrugged by Thursday.
- All three major indices still finished the week strong, rewarding the patient and disciplined.
Will this continue next week?
Who knows. Frankly, it’s moot.
History is very clear and with around $9 trillion sitting on the sidelines just waiting to enter the markets, I’d rather be “playing to win” not “not to lose”.
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, we’re still in early innings.
